Our Financials

In 2025, the Ben Stelter Foundation raised a record-breaking $2,829,009 to support our mission of improving the lives of children battling cancer and their families. Our commitment to transparency and maximizing the impact of every dollar entrusted to us continues to be reflected in our financial allocations:

• $25,000 invested into Medical Equipment
• $78,217 invested into Magical Experiences

We take great pride in being responsible stewards of the funds entrusted to us. In 2025, our total expenses were $236,817, representing just 8.4% of the funds raised during the year. Keeping our operating and fundraising costs low allows us to direct more resources toward our programs, research and long-term initiatives that support children with cancer and their families.

A significant portion of funds raised in 2025 has also been designated toward the Ben Stelter Centre for Proton Therapy and Neurosciences. This transformational project aims to bring Proton Therapy to Canada, giving children and families access to this advanced form of cancer treatment closer to home while creating new opportunities for research and innovation.

We are incredibly grateful to our donors, partners, volunteers and supporters who continue to make this impact possible. Together, we are helping children and families today while investing in a better future for children facing cancer.

How do we maintain such low costs?

Keeping our costs low remains incredibly important to us. We are fortunate to have a large and dedicated volunteer base and work hard to utilize donated products, professional services and community partnerships wherever possible. We want to ensure that the greatest possible percentage of every dollar raised can be used to support the children and families we serve. You care where your money goes, and so do we!
