Magical Experiences

During Ben's courageous fight, he was able to experience a lot of incredible things from a huge birthday car parade, to skating with the Edmonton Oilers. These magical experiences helped recharge him and his family for his fight against cancer. Ben was able to experience so much, and it's our wish that every child battling a critical form of cancer can experience some magic as well!

Meet Raul, a brave and resilient 16 year-old who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. Raul applied for a Magical Experience and told us that he loves Supercars, Shoes, and Shopping. To help keep his spirits high, we set up a magical day for him and his family! We arranged for him and his family to be picked up in supercars and brought them to West Edmonton Mall for his shopping spree. Raul got to ride in his favourite car, a McLaren! Once we got to the mall, we surprised him with a private opening of go-kart racing, took him shopping for clothes, shoes, and lego and finished the day with a movie! Karissa loves anything that glows and her dream was to come to explore Edmonton and the mall. We found dates that worked and immediately booked the Space Room at West Edmonton Mall. The room glowed perfectly but we still filled it with extra glow sticks for Karissa and her brother, Emmett. Karissa and her family came into town and her dream came true to stay in the Space Room. We sent Karissa on a shopping spree in the mall, and gave her passes for her family to explore all of the attractions including the waterpark, mini golf, and to see the penguins!

We met Cosmo in the Summer of 2024 and found out that it was his wish to have a trampoline and a basketball net. We knew that we had to find Cosmo the coolest trampoline out there! Cosmo's dream came true and we found an incredible trampoline and basketball net for him. He's been having so much fun with his siblings and friends ever since!

Cecily had never been on an airplane and it was her dream to see the ocean. We sent Cecily on an airplane to Los Angeles where she could see the ocean and visit the most Magical Place on earth, Disneyland! We also surprised Cecily with tickets to an Oilers Playoff game against the Kings. The magic didn't end there, we surprised Cecily with a meet and greet with her favourite youtuber, Sofie Dossi! It was a magical few days for Cecily thanks to our generous donors!
